Howdy š¤
Itās heating up in NYC and it feels sooo goodā¦
If youāre new here, welcome. Every month I write an āinvestor updateā to friends and family. Itās a way for me to reflect on the month and keep those close to me updated on my whereabouts and progress.
Letās do it š
KPIs from April

London Marathon
We did it!
On April 21st, I ran the London Marathon in 3 hours and 26 minutes ā a 46-minute PR. Check out my Instagram for more photos. Here were the highlights:
Setting a massive PR and completing a successful training block of 1k+ miles (shoutout Coach Chris)
Getting cheered on by millions of people in the streets of London ā the city showed out in a big way. Very similar energy to the New York Marathon
Running past historic London monuments. Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and Big Ben to name a few.
Celebrating with the 40+ Endorphins members post-marathon. Many of who traveled from the US!
Refueling with the best fish and chips Iāve ever had @ The Mayfair Chippy
Taking the underground home from the bar and listening to āI gotta feelingā while slightly tipsy and severely calorie-depleted
Special thanks to everyone who cheered me on during the race and to those who donated to Children with Cancer. Running a marathon was special. But doing it for a good cause with a bunch of friends in another country is tough to beat. Feeling very grateful atm š
London on Film
Btw, if youāre wondering what marathon Iām running next, Iāll give you a hint... More than 180 different languages are spoken in this city š
5 New Things I Did in April
Joined a menās league softball team ā recap on the first game here
Tried my first Guinness ā didnāt split the G unfortunately
Wrote a ā3-year visionā based on this tweet
Rode 30 miles alongside Chris as he raced the OSR30
Started coaching 3 new clients on Superset
Itās been a massive month. Tons of learnings. Lots of miles. And even more vibes. Excited to keep the momentum building in May.
Wishing you the best āØ

Noah
