Howdy šŸ¤

Itā€™s heating up in NYC and it feels sooo goodā€¦

If youā€™re new here, welcome. Every month I write an ā€œinvestor updateā€ to friends and family. Itā€™s a way for me to reflect on the month and keep those close to me updated on my whereabouts and progress.

Letā€™s do it šŸƒ

KPIs from April

  • Miles ran ā€“ 200 miles

  • Marathon PRs - 1 PR

  • Total steps - 524K steps

  • Resting heart rate - 48 bpm

  • LMNTs housed - 41 LMNTs

  • Flights - 4 flights, 7.4k miles flown

London Marathon

We did it!

On April 21st, I ran the London Marathon in 3 hours and 26 minutes ā€“ a 46-minute PR. Check out my Instagram for more photos. Here were the highlights:

  • Setting a massive PR and completing a successful training block of 1k+ miles (shoutout Coach Chris)

  • Getting cheered on by millions of people in the streets of London ā€“ the city showed out in a big way. Very similar energy to the New York Marathon

  • Running past historic London monuments. Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and Big Ben to name a few.

  • Celebrating with the 40+ Endorphins members post-marathon. Many of who traveled from the US!

  • Refueling with the best fish and chips Iā€™ve ever had @ The Mayfair Chippy

  • Taking the underground home from the bar and listening to ā€œI gotta feelingā€ while slightly tipsy and severely calorie-depleted

Special thanks to everyone who cheered me on during the race and to those who donated to Children with Cancer. Running a marathon was special. But doing it for a good cause with a bunch of friends in another country is tough to beat. Feeling very grateful atm šŸ˜Š

Btw, if youā€™re wondering what marathon Iā€™m running next, Iā€™ll give you a hint... More than 180 different languages are spoken in this city šŸ

5 New Things I Did in April

  • Joined a menā€™s league softball team ā€“ recap on the first game here

  • Tried my first Guinness ā€“ didnā€™t split the G unfortunately

  • Wrote a ā€œ3-year visionā€ based on this tweet

  • Rode 30 miles alongside Chris as he raced the OSR30

  • Started coaching 3 new clients on Superset

Itā€™s been a massive month. Tons of learnings. Lots of miles. And even more vibes. Excited to keep the momentum building in May.

Wishing you the best āœØ

Cheers,

Noah
