What sets Anyway Protein apart is its innovative approach to flavor.
Instead of being limited to just one or two options, you can mix and match their unflavored protein powder with a variety of flavorings. This gives you the flexibility to tailor your shakes or smoothies to your mood and cravings, keeping things interesting and enjoyable.
Plus, Anyway Protein is committed to using only high-quality ingredients, which is something I really appreciate. If you’re in the market for a new powder, go ahead and see for yourself why Anyway Protein is one of my go-to protein powders.
Now, to today’s piece 👊

Have you ever tried something new and quit? I know I have – plenty of times.
The hard part about trying new things and reinventing yourself is that your efforts take a while to metastasize. There's a time lag. You can start going to the gym today, but you won't get into movie-star shape after one workout. The effort takes weeks, months, or sometimes years to fully manifest.
Speaking of years, none of the people we adore today were overnight successes. The whole idea of "overnight success" is a myth. Success, or lack thereof, is the result of small daily actions across a lifetime. Sure, you can get lucky, but nothing beats gradual gains and staying in the game.
"If you can do something long enough, it becomes your homeostasis. Your "normal." If you wake up at 6 AM to work out every day for six months, that becomes your homeostasis. After a certain point, not waking up at 6 AM to lift would feel strange. If you practice a foreign language every day for six months, not practicing for a day would feel strange. If you make a podcast episode every week for 21 weeks, not publishing an episode one week would feel strange."
As Jack points out, the key to reinventing yourself and getting new habits to stick is staying in the game.
I've been writing online for three years now. I've had ups and downs, but for the last year, I've published a piece every single week. In the early days, I didn't see any results. I was getting zero reads, no followers, and nobody but my mom subscribed to my newsletter. But I kept showing up. I kept hitting publish.
And now, here we are! I'm 52 weeks better than I was last year. A few more people read my writing, and every time I go back to read an old piece, I cringe.
The point is, I've grown. And hopefully, when I look back three years from now at this piece, I'll cringe too. Because that would mean I've kept growing.
If you've started and stopped before, don't beat yourself up for it. You have to give time for your efforts to bloom, whether it's starting a new exercise routine or turning a newsletter into a reliable source of income.
The truth is, if it's worth doing, you probably won't reap the reward right away. "You're probably three months away from where we want to be."
Till next week 🫡
Cheers,
Noah Cracknell
